On October 27, William Gleason, Shihan will conduct an online session focusing on an introduction to Kototama and Aikido. It will include an explanation of One Spirit, Four Souls, Three Origins, and Eight Powers He will show the Spiritual Origins leading to that and ways to understand it in our practice.

This session is a fundraiser for Shobu Aikido, This current dojo in Summerville is Gleason Sensei’s fourth dojo in 42 years. Each of these spaces have been extremely meaningful for the people who trained there. The current lease commits Shobu to over $200,000 which is personally guaranteed by Gleason Sensei, a reasonable buyout arrangement with the landlord has been reached. The total amount was $17,200, and at this point there is still a $6000 need.

Your contribution and participation will free Gleason Sensei so he can focus on his mission to promote  O-Sensei’s Aikido throughout the world.
