Please join us for a seminar focused on ukemi with Meredith Abel Sensei of Aikido Chuseikan of Tampa.  The seminar will be held June 19 to June 21 at Nashville Aikikai.  Classes will be held at 6:30 PM on Friday, 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Saturday, and 10:00 AM on Sunday.  Cost will be $120 for the entire seminar or $35 per class.  Housing is available at the dojo at no charge.  We hope to see you there.
