This seminar will focus on Body/Mind principles of Aiki. These skills will be broken down into discrete blocks of instruction and then attendees will learn how to combine these skills and apply the principles in various Kihon Waza. The Sunday session may involve Aiki sword training. Scheduled classes will be: FRI 6pm-8pm SAT 10AM -1PM & 3PM – 6PM / SUN 10AM- 1PM

George Ledyard Sensei, Aikido 7th Dan and direct student of Mitsugi Saotome, is the Chief Instructor at Aikido Eastside located in Bellevue, Washington. This event is open to students of all levels and affiliations.
